AI Use and Limitations

Important limitations
- AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or inappropriate. They are not guaranteed to be correct or complete.
- Human review is recommended for any important communication or business decision before you act on it. You remain responsible for your business decisions and for reviewing communications before acting on them.
- These workflows do not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
- Our workflows are not for emergency use. Anyone with an urgent safety issue should call 911 or the relevant emergency line directly.
- Our workflows are not intended for regulated or sensitive industries (such as medical, legal, financial, or childcare) without separate review first.
- We do not guarantee revenue, lead conversion, lead volume, or any particular business outcome.
- Fort AI Systems uses AI as an assistive tool — not for autonomous decision-making.
What "AI-assisted" means for our current services
Our current services — the free Lead Flow Snapshot, the Lead Recovery Launch ($350, which includes the full Lead Flow Audit, setup of one approved capture workflow on your own tools, guided activation, and your first 60 days), and optional Website Lead-Flow Fixes — are work done and reviewed by a person. AI tools may assist us internally with drafting, review, organization, and implementation support: for example, helping draft audit notes, checking website copy or code changes, or organizing findings into a report. A person reviews everything before you receive it, and you approve every customer-facing word in a Launch workflow before it goes live. After your first 60 days, Managed Recovery may continue month-to-month — offered only after your launch, with pricing confirmed in writing before you decide.
What AI does not do
- It does not answer calls or act as a receptionist.
- It does not message, text, or talk to your customers.
- It does not book jobs or appointments.
- It is not an emergency dispatch system.
- It does not guarantee more calls, leads, or booked jobs — no tool does.
How we handle data
In our current services, your customers' inquiries go to your own phone, email, form, or tool — not to us. We do not record or transcribe phone calls, and we do not use client or customer data to train custom AI models, unless either is separately agreed in writing. This area may require separate written terms or legal review before use in regulated or sensitive contexts.
Future capabilities
We may introduce additional capabilities (such as automation or, later, voice features) in the future. Any such capability would be described and this page updated before it is deployed with a client.
