Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to anyone who visits fortaisystems.com or engages Fort AI Systems (operated by Mason Morley, based in Fort McMurray, Alberta) for the Lead Recovery service. The website and our services are provided for informational and business purposes.

What we provide

Fort AI Systems provides simple, AI-assisted lead-recovery services for local service businesses. Our Lead Recovery service options are a free Lead Flow Snapshot (a short written diagnostic), the Lead Recovery Launch ($350 CAD, one-time — which includes the full Lead Flow Audit, setup of one approved capture workflow on tools the client owns, guided activation, and the first 60 days with support), and optional Website Lead-Flow Fixes from $900 CAD. Our services are workflow support only. They are not legal, medical, financial, emergency, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for emergency services.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee any particular result. This includes, but is not limited to, revenue, lead conversion, booked jobs, uptime, or any missed-call recovery rate. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including customer behaviour and your own follow-up.

Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for your own business decisions and for reviewing important communications before acting on them. Information captured through our workflows is based on what customers submit, and should be reviewed by a person.

Acceptable use

Please use the website and our services lawfully and as intended. In particular, do not use them to submit another person's personal information without authority to do so, to send unlawful or harmful content, or for emergency, regulated, or sensitive purposes that we have not separately agreed in writing to support.

Payment, cancellation, and scope

The specific payment, cancellation, and scope terms for your engagement are governed by the proposal or agreement you sign with us, not by this page. If anything here conflicts with your signed agreement, your agreement controls.

Website content

Sample workflows, demo cards, and example lead summaries shown on this website are illustrative examples only — they are not real client data. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free.

Previews, availability, and intellectual property

Evidyne is a pre-release presentation and Meridian is in development. Preview features and availability may change; no release date, access entitlement, product licence, or purchase is created by this website. Public examples do not disclose or license underlying source code or implementation.

Website materials belong to Fort AI Systems or their respective owners. Do not misrepresent examples as real client results, misuse branding, or attempt unauthorized access to restricted systems.

Privacy and AI information

See the Privacy Policy, Cookies & Privacy Choices, AI Use and Limitations, and Data Handling pages. Visiting the site does not consent to optional analytics or activate a service.

Third-party services

Approved services may rely on third-party platforms, including Google, Vercel, and, where enabled, telephony or workflow providers. Provider availability and terms are outside our control. This does not remove our obligations for information we handle. Applicable providers and responsibilities are described in the agreed scope and our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fort AI Systems is not liable for lost revenue, lost leads, missed opportunities, delays, or the actions of third-party platforms. Nothing on this page is intended to override rights you may have under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be read under the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
