Fort AI Systems provides simple, AI-assisted workflow support for local service businesses — for example, missed-call recovery, lead intake, and organizing appointment requests. Our services are workflow support only. They are not legal, medical, financial, emergency, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for emergency services.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee any particular result. This includes, but is not limited to, revenue, lead conversion, booked jobs, uptime, or any missed-call recovery rate. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including customer behaviour and your own follow-up.

Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for your own business decisions and for reviewing important communications before acting on them. Information captured through our workflows is based on what customers submit, and should be reviewed by a person.

Acceptable use

Please use the website and our services lawfully and as intended. In particular, do not use them to submit another person's personal information without authority to do so, to send unlawful or harmful content, or for emergency, regulated, or sensitive purposes that we have not separately agreed in writing to support.

Payment, cancellation, and scope

The specific payment, cancellation, and scope terms for your engagement are governed by the proposal or agreement you sign with us, not by this page. If anything here conflicts with your signed agreement, your agreement controls.
