We set up and prep one capture workflow for your worst leak — built on accounts and tools you already own, so your leads live in your systems, not ours. You review and approve every message, field, and rule before anything is switched on.
Guided activation
We walk you through turning it on with your existing phone setup — the parts only you can do, like voicemail greetings or call-forwarding settings, done together. Form and voicemail first; text-back only if your phone system supports it and you approve it. Nothing depends on tools you don't have.
Your first 60 days, with support
The workflow runs on your tools while we stay available: check-ins around day 25 and day 50, one revision round, and a monthly support allowance for small changes and questions. Your customers' details flow to your own phone, email, form, or lead log — Fort AI doesn't take custody of your data.
