Lead Recovery Console
A sample preview of the internal operator tool Fort AI Systems uses to organize captured inquiries for clients. Demo only — every name, number, and detail below is fictional.
What it is
The Lead Recovery Console is the internal system built to run the retired Missed Inquiry Capture pilot: captured inquiries would arrive as organized leads, get triaged, and be handed to the business as clean lead summaries. No client ever logs into anything — the concept was email summaries only, with the team working the way it already does.

What the console does
Lead inbox
Every captured inquiry lands in one place — customer, service need, urgency, source, and status — instead of being scattered across voicemail, texts, and email.
Structured lead summaries
Each lead carries the details your team needs to follow up: contact info, what they asked for, when to call back, and a recommended next step.
Status & follow-up tracking
Leads move through clear statuses — new, contacted, booked, closed — with a history of who did what, so follow-up stays visible.
Go-live safety gates
Before any client workflow goes live, a 14-point activation checklist must pass — approvals, caps, kill-switch test, and a confirmed test lead.
What it is not
- Not a client portal or login — your team receives email summaries.
- Not an AI receptionist — no AI talks to your customers.
- Not automatic booking — your team confirms and books every job.
- Not a CRM replacement — it is a focused lead recovery layer.
- No guaranteed leads, bookings, or revenue — it organizes what comes in so follow-up is faster.
