Service Overview

The Lead Recovery service

Fort AI Systems offers Lead Recovery — a simple, AI-assisted, human-reviewed service for local service businesses. When a call gets missed or an inquiry comes in, the lead is less likely to go cold: the customer is directed to an approved intake path, the key details get collected, and your team receives a clean lead summary to act on.

It is AI-assisted, not fully autonomous. The system organizes intake; people stay in control of the conversation and every decision that matters. Nothing goes live without your written approval, and any part of the setup operated by Fort AI Systems is described in your approved scope.

Who it's for

Local operators who depend on the phone and on consistent follow-up:

• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• Contractors and home services
• Auto repair and detailing
• Salons and appointment-based services
• Other call-dependent local businesses

It's the right fit when missed calls, slow replies, buried quote requests, or messy intake are costing you real jobs.

The recovery workflow

1. Missed call or inquiry — a customer calls while your team is busy, after hours, or sends a message that would otherwise sit unanswered.
2. Customer is directed to an approved intake path — a form, voicemail prompt, or (only if your phone system supports it, you approve it, and the caller requests it) a text-back, using wording you've approved in advance. Automated SMS delivery through this website is currently suspended.
3. The workflow collects basic details — name, contact info, the service issue, urgency, and a preferred callback time.
4. Staff receives a lead summary — a clean, organized summary instead of a missed number with no context.
5. Human follows up — a person on your team reviews the summary and calls the customer back.

What the business receives

A clean lead summary for each captured inquiry, including:

• Customer name
• Contact info
• Service issue
• Urgency
• Preferred callback time
• Recommended next step

How to start, and what it costs

Free Lead Flow Snapshot — the starting point for every engagement. A quick, no-cost look at your business that names 2–3 spots where calls, quotes, callbacks, or web inquiries may be leaking, plus one thing to fix first. No obligation.

Lead Recovery Launch — $350 CAD, one-time. The main paid offer. It includes the full Lead Flow Audit (a written map of every inquiry path, with the leaks ranked into a fix-first list), setup and prep of one approved capture workflow on the tools you already own, guided activation with your existing phone setup, and your first 60 days with support. No subscription is required to start.

Website Lead-Flow Fixes — from $900 CAD. An optional add-on for when the website itself is where inquiries leak. Exact scope and price confirmed in writing before any work starts.

After the Launch, Managed Recovery can keep the system running month-to-month — offered only after your first 60 days, with pricing confirmed in writing before you decide. If you only want the diagnostic, the Lead Flow Audit is available on its own for $225 CAD, one-time.

No guaranteed outcomes apply to any of these services.

Human handoff

Every workflow includes human handoff rules that you review and approve. If a request falls outside the approved intake path, the system doesn't guess — it uses a safe fallback, collects details, and routes the customer to a person.

Important notes

• AI-assisted, not fully autonomous.
• Sample demo workflows only — no fake case studies and no client results.
• Not an answering service, no automatic booking, not for emergency dispatch.
• No guaranteed leads, bookings, revenue, or rankings.
• Final setup depends on your business tools and the approval rules you set.
